    For problems occurred by using conventional resin bond diamond wheel when grinding PCD (Polycrystalline Compact Diamond), PCBN (Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride), that our company offers you vitrified Bond Diamond (CBN) wheels special for machining of PCD and PCBN on the references of the latest progress of international grinding technology (mainly in Japan). The service life of CBN wheels is 2.5~3 times of resin wheels, and grinding efficiency is 1.5~2 times of resin diamond wheels, which decreased production cost for clients greatly.
